I have this phone, but i have a little problem. How do i enable the keyboard because i can’t use it only the screen keyboard, what do i do to enable or unlock my keyboard?

i relly would like one of these phones but funds are low and out of a job. i have a contract already but i dont want to give up my old phone because i just had a baby and i have so much of his picture and video i dont want to let go of. and then they told me it would be like fourty dollars to get mim. card and then i had to pay for the new phone i want that would be alittle to much. but if u could send it ti me for free it would be a blessing. thanks soooooooo much.
