The new AT&T HP Veer 4G cell phone is a pretty awesome mid-range device. This phone is short and fat. hehe, looks like it was designed for a small child. Teens absolutely love the keyboards. Just look at how popular Blackberry phones are with teen and their texting/messaging. The 800mhz CPU is a much newer model. the mhz doesn’t matter. It’s much closer to the pre2 is performance. Possibly better because it has a lower res screen so less pixels to push around.

The AT&T HP Veer 4G cell phone features include a 2.6-inch 320 x 400 display, an 800MHz Snapdragon processor, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5 megapixel camera, HSPA+, Wi-Fi, aGPS capable, 8GB of internal storage and WebOS. WebOS runs very slick on this little guy.  I’m sure it’s a decent device, but it is not worth $99 + a 2 year contract.
