The HTC Inspire 4G cell phone looks like AT&T will use their 3G plans for their ’4G’ HSPA+ phones.  HSPA+ is not 4G, it is more like 3G tweaked out to run at high speeds. I love the hardware design for the Incredible. Sure, the front is sort of standard but the back is gorgeous and stands out. It’s kind of hard to make a touch screen phone that doesn’t look the same as other touch screen phones on the market though.

HTC Inspire 4G - New AT&T cell phones

The AT&T HTC Inspire 4G cell phone will be available on February 13th for $99.99. I think it is still a good phone when you compare it to $99 phones from last year. The Inspire 4G will feature a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, an 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and 720p video capture, Android 2.2 and HTC’s Sense 2.0, AT&T Mobile Hotspot service, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 4GB of internal memory, HSPA+.
