The AT&T Motorola ATRIX 4G and HTC Inspire 4G cell phone will have HSUPA enabled in April, 2011. it’s worse than at its very fastest, the HTC Inspire on AT&T "4G" will never even come close to the HTC Thunderbolt on LTE. I classify HSPA+ and HSUPA 3g or 3.5g technologies. Nice job AT&T, now call me when you start rolling out real 4G. 4G owners have been very vocal about the lack of true "4G" compatibility in the devices. And what about the 30 other phone models on AT&T that are capable of HSUPA I guess we just dont count right?
