would like to up grade

the phone is ok dont like some of the location of the buttons to easy for the thumb to slip and blast your ear with the speaker or by mistake push the ptt button, oh by the way no distribitors carry the head phones for this phone ( bestbuy,radio shack or att ). so all in all i really would like another phone..
