The Telus HTC Desire cell phone has the Sony Super LCD screen whereas the Nexus one has AMOLED touchscreen, likely due to the shortage of AMOLED screens in the world. I prefer to text be more legible than have the colors in my photos pop out more. It will be on T-mobile eventually?  probably the next 2-3 months. The HTC Desire feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen display), a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, WiFi, 5 megapixel camera. The HTC Desire is going to cost 299.99$ on a three year contract.
