The new HTC Explorer Android phone with Sense 3.5 UI looks nice, I want a chance to mess with the new htc sense UI, it looks pretty interesting, its something new. If anything, it looks more customizable and a tad more modern. A lot of the low-range budget Android phones are still 600 MHz. This isn’t even an entry level device in today’s standard. maybe a $49-99 device for boost mobile but that’s about it.
