The T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro 2 is now on sale for $349.99. The HTC Touch Pro 2′s TouchFLO 3D UI left me underwhelmed. The one I saw today showed a few tabs across the bottom when I pressed the home key and sliding sideways along those tabs was nowhere close to as easy as Android, Iphone, Pre. Unfortunate. The HTC Touch Pro2 is fantastic, they will probably lower the price to $299 in 3 weeks when everyone else gets the phone.

The T-Mobile HTC Touch Pro 2 cell phone features include  a 3.6-inch WVGA restive touchscreen display, sliding QWERTY keypad, a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, Wi-Fi, GPS, 512MB ROM/288MB RAM, microSDHC support and a 528MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A processor. Unfortunate. Not only is it $349.99, but they also will require that you have a data plan for the length of the contract ($25-30 x 24 months) unless ofcourse you wanted the data plan in the first place. I personally use wifi too much to warrant a data plan.
