The Verizon LG Chocolate Touch cell phone is  is awesome. Everything about this phone is great. Easy to use. Battery lasts a long time. Love the touch screen, the sound is excellent, very thin and easy to hold. I love the music player on this phone. The LG Chocolate Touch is WAY better than my iPod. I love the look of the phone,along with the easy way of using it.

I adore this phone! I love how it’s a touchscreen with its wonderful features without being a smartphone. I love the built in radio and the fact that it can hold 1 GB of music but can support up to 16 GB! Digital camera, radio, phone, iPod and internet all in one! I was not sure that I would be happy with a full touch screen, but so far it has worked great!

    - a little heavier than expected texting can be difficult at times.
    - menus difficult to scroll through without opening items documentation in users manual poor.
    - the back cover was a struggle to snap on.
    - No facebook icon to be shortcut to page have to put all ringtones on silent for each individual
    - the screen sometimes freezes.
