The LG GC990 Louvre ISO up to 3200 and video can be recorded at resolutions up to 720p at 30 fps. for better quality, you need a BIGGER ccd array, which manufacturers never do because they’re cheap and want to press as many ccd arrays onto the cmos die. Great, it’s going to sell because people think the higher the megapixel the better the camera; completely ignoring white balancing, image stabilization, faster shutter speeds, digital zoom vs. optical zoom, etc.
