LG Optimus Sol – New LG Android phones
The new LG Optimus Sol looks like a Android midrange phone to replace the Optimus U/S/V. The specs seems reasonable for that market. I would like to see a bit more from them in the future, I like LG products…

LG Optimus Sol Basic Specs:
– Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS
– 3.8-inch AMOLED display
– single-core 1GHz processor
– 5.0MP camera with auto-focusing
– front cameras
– DLNA and Wi-Fi Direct
– 9.8mm slimness
The device uses an enhanced idle-based power management system that boosts battery life by 20 to 30 percent. With the Dark UI selected, the Optimus Sol utilizes less white light in order to extend the battery life performance.
This new handset will be introduced in Europe beginning mid-September, followed by roll-outs in Central and South America. The Optimus Sol will be available in black, titan and white, availability depending on the region.
