LG Optimus Vu – New LG cell phones
Looks like LG has some pretty cool stuff. I am impressed. The new LG Optimus Vu Android phone looks like a nice device for web browsing… and thats it. If we’re talking about the viability of 4:3 screens on phones, it actually makes a lot more sense to me since you’re generally going to be holding the device in portrait orientation, in which case a typical widescreen aspect ratio is going to look horribly anorexic and have you scrolling left and right all the time.
The LG Optimus Vu phone could be a huge beast if it makes it here! Looks like they’re gonna give the Galaxy Note a run for its money. I like bigger screen sizes and wider screens so I’m all about this.

The LG Optimus Vu will have a 5-inch touchscreen and a rather unique 4:3 aspect ratio, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm APQ8060 SoC, an 8-megapixel camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, NFC and Android 2.3 OS Gingerbread up to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
