Motorola DROID 2 Global – New Motorola cell phones
The Motorola DROID 2 Global cell phone looks exactly the same, it’s just a Droid 2 with a SIM slot under the battery. It will have a 1.2GHz Processor. The Milestone 2 is the international version of the Droid 2. The Droid 2 Global is another variation, built for Verizon, that is compatible with both Verizon’s CDMA network and worldwide GSM networks. It also appears to have slightly bumped specs from the original and the Milestone 2 (1.2 GHz processor).

This is great news, D2 Global is definitely a winner for me, Motorola introducing a 1.2GHz chip will push other companies to do the same.. bring it on!
