The new Motorola Titanium cell phone is a version of Sholes Tablet for one Asian country. The Titanium is a global Cell phone, CDMA/GSM quad band, with WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0. My guess would be a Global Android device. If it’s exclusively China-bound, why would it need to bother passing through the FCC? If you do a little searching, you will find more examples of phones headed to China, South Korea, Mexico and more. They don’t need to get FCC approval but sometimes do.
