The BlackBerry Curve 8520‘s optical trackpad would look so much better if it was a circle. New BlackBerry Phones – BlackBerry Curve 8520 will be dropping on T-Mobile next month, the Curve 8520 features include a 2 megapixel camera camera with Fixed focus, no Flash, 5x digital zoom, a 320 X 240 display, a 256 megabytes of internal memory, wifi 802.11b/g, no GPS. it will be a cheap BB smartphone.

BlackBerry Curve 8520 VS 8320, 8900
Besides the optical trackpad and new O.S, what does the Curve 8520 offer above and beyond the Curve 8320? In reviewing the specs, the 8520 has the same screen and battery life. It also is Edge only but has wifi/UMA but no GPS. The Curve 8900 is a significant step up from the 8320, but in some ways, the 8520 seems like a step-down from the 8320. The lack of 3G support is not a big deal for me, but ideally I would prefer a phone that has it.
