New HTC Merge / Lexikon Android phone for Verizon
The new HTC Android phone ooks very nice, this phone has a slide out QWERTY keyboard, hard to tell from photos but looks like a 4-inch and a not a 3.7-inch, interesting a 5MP and not the 8 megapixel camera that the other sexy nexus-one looking thing has.
The phone isn’t a "Google" phone. It’s an HTC phone running an OS developed by Google. the mobile carrier is Verizon Wireless and what they choose to load on the phone is their business. I personally, don’t like that they put Bing on there as the default search and don’t include Google, but this is coming with Android 2.2 preinstalled, which means that Google search will be downloadable from the market.
