The new LG Victor cell phone will have a 3.8-inch  (800×480) OLED WVGA display, a 5-megapixel camera, a VGA front-facing camera, a 1 GHz single-core processor, DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct support and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
