This is personal preference but it doesn’t look bad to me. The new Acer Liquid E1 looks like a Nexus 4 with a white case. The kind you can get for 300 bucks/less or free on contract.
Acer Liquid E1 features include a 4.5-inch qHD (960 x 540) IPS display, a dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot, 5MP auto-focus primary camera with LED flash at the back and a 0.3MP video-chat camera, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 +EDR and a decent 1,760mAh battery.

The new Acer Liquid C1 running Android but does it support x86? This thing should be running on Windows 8 phone! A single core intel mobile CPU is better than the best arm processors.
Acer Liquid C1 key features:
- 4.3 inch IPS display at 960×540 resolution
- 1.2GHz Atom Z2420 processor
- 5MP rear camera
- HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1
- 4GB of internal memory
- MicroSD card support
- 2,000 mAh battery
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
The new Acer Liquid Gallant Duo has a 4.3-inch touch screen and 1GHz dual-core processor. I’m impressed, better specs than what the competition is putting out for low-end android device plus its Ice Cream Sandwich to boot. LG and Samsung better watch out. Acer is doing its thing.
This phone will be available starting August 8 for £148.99 in the UK. Wait so will this work on T-Mobile USA? If it does I might consider it.
This is welcome news, even if a low end offering. There definitely isn’t the strongest demand, but there is a demand…I love the keyboard on my Arrive, and I love having the full screen visible while typing. I’ve just about given up hope that my next phone will also have a keyboard, but this rumour gives me a littie bit of hope…
Windows Phone 8 will bring new features that require new hardware. Things like NFC, and maybe the kinect integration as is being rumored lately. WP8 will also most likely support dual cores, and high-res displays, though those haven’t been officially confirmed.

The new Acer CloudMobile smartphone looks like its using something resembling stock ICS, which is always good to see. At this stage we need all the close to stock phones we can get, to create one big system of timely updates. That’s not the final product. It’ll be released in the 3rd quarter. Acer made some prototypes before Google released ICS. Capacitive buttons will be removed, Acer logo will be placed there instead of it being at the top. That’s what the latest renders of the phone looks like.

Acer CloudMobile rumored Specs:
– Android 4.1 Ice Cream Sandwich OS
– 1.5 GHz dual-core processor
– 4.3-inch 1280 x 720-pixel HD display
– 8 megapixel rear-facing camera
– Dolby Mobile Audio
I’m liking the design and fresh look. That is a sexy-looking phone! I’m guessing it’ll have stock ICS with no crappy UI changes. If the rest of the specs are on par or better than the recent Android heavyweights (Galaxy Nexus, RAZR, Rezound), this’ll be a real contender! …at least until Galaxy S3 comes out. Hopefully this device will see a release in the states. If not might have to look into importing it after learning more about it.
The Acer CloudMobile will have a 4.3-inch HD display, a high-def resolution almost certainly 720p, Dolby sound, 10mm thick.
