BlackBerry’s CEO John Chen confirmed that the Blue and Bronze Classic will be available. So, does that mean there will be two Classics, one in blue and one in bronze, or one Classic that is blue and bronze combined? Can’t really picture that colour on a smartphone. will have to wait and see when they’re released.
The Verizon BlackBerry Classic will be available in Q1 2015. AT&T Classic’s pricing and availability aren’t yet available. If and when I know that Verizon will have it , then I will get it but until then I can’t see spending the money. I like the BB phone better than the iPhone but I can’t justify the expense until I know for sure that my carrier will support it.
“We’re sorry but BlackBerry Classic (Pre-Order) is currently out of stock and cannot be added to your cart. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
The full retail price is $449. Can’t wait to get it, hope they ship and arrive next week! The BlackBerry Classic works in the U.S. on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks. It will not work on Verizon, Sprint, or US Cellular. It’s an enterprise fleet replacement for their most popular corporate model ever, the Bold 9900. Consider this…
I have to admit, the white BlackBerry Classic looks very good! This is the best blackberry qwerty phone to date! The specs are top notch! i’m sure it will sell millions! The larger decision that I’m waiting on is whether Verizon is going to support the Classic or not.
Nothing groundbreaking but a nice move to spur interest in the BlackBerry Passport. An iPhone 6 isn’t worth selling for $600 — But it’s funny how the linear trade in value becomes worth it with iPhone 5, and 4S respectively. It’s as if to say that your phone devalues exponentially in time.
The White BlackBerry Passport will be available on December 8th, 2014. for ￡485 (inc. VAT) in the U.K. White is a good colour but becomes dirty sooner and may show signs of heavy usage even with good care!
