The cameras on the Samsung Galaxy A5 should be pretty decent. I suspect it is the same on the back as the SGS4. I like the A5, but more than $400 for a mid-ranger (with snap 410 and small battery) is not right. The Galaxy A5 is now on sale for $409.99 from Expansys USA.

The BLU Studio 7.0 android phone is now on sale for $149 at Amazon. It support AT&T and T-Mobile networks. That being said, the BLU would be a decent device if you want a tablet and a phone all in one (not a phablet) for a low low price.
Huawei announced Honor T1, a low Android tablet, it looks nice though. The Honor T1 will be available later this month in Europe for €130 ($162).

The OnePlus One 16GB is now available for $299, the 64GB model is cost $349 without an invite until December 25. BTW I think Moto quietly dropped the price of the unlocked X. The 16GB version is now $399. Moto x is a great device, but One plus one is only $350 and you own the phone.
