Great keyboard… waiting for a phone like this for a long time, I still don’t understand why almost all of them have ditched QWERTY phones. The best thing about sliders like these is you can use the keyboard as a game controller in things like SNES emulators. The Motorola Droid 4 was crap but damn that was a sweet keyboard. My friends would appreciate it to, SOO many typos. Maybe one day I’ll learn how to type. It does have a removable battery, comes with a tool to pop the back case for access to battery and SD slot.

Should have made the whole phone white…….i haven’t seen any of these phones without a case….which makes this white kinda pointless…..The whole phone should be white like the iPhone.

The new Samsung Galaxy S III is great, 7mm thick battery with Super AMOLED + 720p display, quadcore processor and LTE….really smart Samsung. I only hope the May release date is world wide, and that the US version doesn’t get delayed by another 6 months like SGSII. I agree with most posts here, thinner is not better, not at this point. SGS2 is as thin as I would want, given the phone has to be in my jeans pocket most the time. Never mind all these thin phones just make it 8mm Thin & give us a getter Bigger battery.

The new HTC Ville may be ugly to some but there is no doubt of the specs being impressive as well as the battery life. We will see as 2012 takes shape as tp exactly what HTC has to offer for this year. Is Sense the only thing that people don’t like about HTC? I don’t understand what everyone’s problem is. I actually like Sense (one of the few) and picked up a Rezound, which I am loving. HTC has delivered a tool to unlock Bootloaders, have great cameras, screens, procs, etc. I know the styling has been outdated, but how the phone looks is one of my last concerns. Someone shed some light for me please.

LG Spectrum reviews from Verizon

The new Verizon LG Spectrum is a terrific phone. Works great. Voice clarity excellent. Very light to hold, great display, all features work great. Fast downloads.An excellent device.

I would definitely recommend trying this phone if you’ve been thinking about getting a DROID RAZR or a NEXUS. The Gorilla Glass screen is beautiful and it’s absolutely huge, but incredibly responsive and quick. With all the great features you could want, 1.5ghz dual core, 1GB RAM, 20GB of memory.. IPS screen with 329ppi 1280by720 the camera is great too 8mp with 1080p video recording and play back it also has this app smart movie HD where you can edit your videos or add music to them. all in all a great device to go a store and pick one up. LG UI is very user friendly once you get used to it.

LG Spectrum Pros:

Fast processor easy to use smooth touch screen. thin light design.
Beautiful screen with excellent color rendition
Nice big sceen but the phone is large in hand
Ease of use friendly application displays
The amazing HD IPS screen quality makes watching netflix like you would at home

LG Spectrum Cons:

the battery life could be better but its powered by android
short battery life usb on top of phone is very awkward.

Just pre-ordered mine from Best Buy. The free case was enough for me but Best Buy is also giving away $50 gift cards for phone purchases through them at the moment. That is about $80 in promotions on a $299 upgrade for me. I’m glad I waited and didn’t spend $700 to get the international version. Feb. 19th is the expected release date for this phone.

Think it’s kind of obvious what Samsung is doing. Everyone sees another samsung handset. I see the low (Samsung Galaxy S Advance) end, middle (Galaxy S II Plus) and High End (Galaxy S III) being created. One decently specked device in all 3 segments. Personally I would like to have a dual core 4inch phone.

Yeah stock ICS is really nice, I haven’t even rooted my Galaxy Nexus yet. But yeah I loved that phone. I hope the Note and the GSIII comes to Verizon so I may have another alternative phone to purchase so I can just swap anytime I want. The Samsung Galaxy S II Plus will have a 1.5GHz dual-core Samsung Exynos processor.

So who is willing to bet that this phone either doesn’t release on that date, isn’t shipping with ICS, or both? The Motorola DROID 3 has an excellent keyboard. The D4 keyboard looks like it will be the best yet… I do not buy a phone without a physical keyboard….and I am happy with my Droid 3 aside from no LTE, but I will also appreciate twice as much RAM from the Droid 4.

The new U.S. Cellular Samsung Galaxy S Aviator 4G LTE phone will have a 4.3-inch WVGA AMOLED plus touchscreen, 8 megapixel rear camera and front-facing camera for easy video chatting, single-core 1GHz processor, microSD card slot, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. Am actually happy about this news. US Cellular chose my tiny town as one of it’s test markets. Meaning US Cellular will be the first to bring me LTE. Yay! US Cellular is a great cell phone company. Good to see them increasing data speeds for at least some of their customers. Available April 2012
