As much as I love Sony and their phones, I’m starting to get bored with their incremental updates to the series. And as far as the camera goes, they haven’t truly upgraded that for something like 2 years now..
Love my Z2, but I’m not really sure that even now it’s worth upgrading for a long while yet.
I commend Sony for keeping the same basic design for the Xperia Z4. Sony’s Xperia phones are beautiful — better looking than the competition’s. Why change a great thing just for the sake of change?
I hope the Xperia Z4 is available on Sprint. If it’s not I’ll have to settle for the Samsung Galaxy 6, even though it is coyote ugly.

I have a hard time believing in images of the supposed Z4 when it still has the Walkman app which has already been rebranded to Music. The Xperia Z4 was already in the pipeline. But phones can be cancelled or delayed for changes. Sony will want to innovate with the Z4, and therefore it will not be good at all if all they release is yet another iteration of the existing Z3.
Dear Sony, please don’t let Verizon screw up the Xperia Z4 like they did the Z3.
I like it, it looks just that bit cleaner, but I have a Z3 so i’m not in the market for it. The exposed USB port is great if it keeps the waterproof rating. Personally I would miss the dock connector, but I would hope that they have put in wireless charging to make up for it.
According to Geekbench and GFXBench, the new Sony E2303 android phone will have a 5.2-inch display and 64-bit Snapdragon 615 processor. Sounds like it’s the Xperia M2’s successor. Hoping it will have a great battery life like the Z3. Makes no sense not to have 1080p on a SD615 device.

Sony is not a Low End brand and build Quality, so go elsewhere for cheap! Mediatek chipset? If it’s that MT6582 chipset, It’s unacceptable considering that Sony is a top tier company. Snapdragon 410 would’ve been better for a mid-entry level smartphone.
