Samsung Galaxy S III Android phone?

I’m waiting for MWC to see what is going to be worth upgrading to. This is probably Samsung Galaxy S II HD with 4.65 inches and HD (720p) screen, 1.5GHz CPU, first released on the Korean market but supposedly will be coming to Europe. The new Galaxy S III will have a 4.6" Super AMOLED Plus HD display, a 12mp camera, 1.8GHz dual-core processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
