So why didn’t they do a 1.4 ghz from the start, haha…The Galaxy S Plus features include 4-inch 16M-color Super AMOLED capacitive, 1.4GHz Scorpion processor, Qualcomm MSM8255T chipset, 1650 mAh Li-Ion battery, 512 MB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, 5 MP autofocus camera, FM radio with RDS, 9.9mm slim and Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread OS.
