The mobile web is slightly slow and it can't watch YouTube, when on Facebook it sometimes doesn't load the page and sometimes doesn't even update my status at all. You have to buy a microSD card in order to do much with it. ($19.99) Playing music, needs a memory card because if you have a few pictures, and conversations you have to delete them to even have one song. Once you have a memory card, the phone is capable of playing your few top favorite songs. I use this phone almost every day and I love the quality of the voice on it! All you have to do to put it on speaker is slide the QWERTY keyboard out and the keylock is extremely handy. :) I will continue to use this phone, but I would prefer a better phone to suit my needs. Again, if you don't use your phone much, but would like a phone with a keyboard, this one is fine. I have it prepaid and I can't complain. I would give this phone 3/5 stars for the few quirks.
