I can only make and answer calls using speaker phone, I think that people can hear me when I try to use the phone normally, but I can’t hear a thing. It’s not bad when I’m alone, but when I’m out or with other people, it’s really annoying. Were you able to get your problems fixed or did you get a different phone?

this phone is a piece of shit, it turns off when i slide it to the qwerty keyboard. cant make calls cuz neither the ear piece speaker or the speaker phone works. and if i talk in it when im making a call the person on the other end cant hear me talking. just an all out SHITTTTY PHONE!

Lol…this is the phone i have to get because my other one got wet..thx for all the inspreing news about it freezing hella lot.. xD …whatever works..I hope my rouge turns out to be some Jesus devise and never freezes x.x

this phone sucks!!! do not get it! it freezes about 20 times a day and i have to take my battery out. it also slits the screen into half and shuts down for no random reason it also does this wierd thing were it wont let me call or text anyone and my touch screen isnt working right now

The Samsung Rogue SUCKS big time. My phone freezes sometimes but not nearly as much as some of the other people here. Battery life isn’t the worst but it’s still bad. Colors are cool, but that’s about it. Internet browsing is torture, I feel like I’m surfing the “90′s” web. Email links do NOT work. Touchscreen is somewhat usable, at best. And, the thing I hate most, this POS Rogue refuses to sync to the computer. Sure I’ve called tech support, which is always a last resort, and they kept repeating the same steps over and over. iPhone blows this phone out of the water BIG TIME. I’m not too familiar with the DROID, but I’m sure I’ll have trouble syncing that as well. Verizon, you have successfully cheated me out of my money again. When will I learn?

Like half the ranting customers on here, I’ve had this phone for almost a year, and despise it with a passion. It enjoys frequently shutting off at random, and likes to split the screen, which, unless your some kind of puzzle master, makes it very difficult to read and reply to text messages. I’ve only replaced it once, if that matters.. (They’re all the same.) It currently will not turn on, no matter what I do. It just flashes the damned “Verizon Wireless” logo, blanks, and repeats the same thing in the same dumb cycle. Over and over. I suggest this phone to anyone looking to have numerous hours of endless aggrevation over a small brick of uselessness. I am on wits end with this. Do not, by any means, purchase this. (Actually, I believe it was discontinued…) In any case, I’m about to toss this willingly out of a window under a vicious moving train, toodaloo.

I got this phone around Nov or Sept last year. The things i like about this phone is that the size is perfect! The keyboard is great! Taking pictures with this phone is nice. What I DONT LIKE about the rouge is the phone shuts off on me at random times (not an everyday thing but enough to notice that its no good). The screen blinks in the color of blue, yellow, pink, green, and red. (this happened to my first phone i had to replace it and the new one is less blinky but still it happens) I CANT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF VERIZON! For example i found many good ring tones that were free from other websites and when i try to download it tells me i cant. WTH!! Oh and the BATTERY LIFE SUCKS!!! Other then that i keep having problems with my phone receiving internet access. -___- Would i recommend this phone to anyone? Heck no!

DON’T GET IT. IT IS SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. VERIZON IS SUCH A RIP OFF. The only reason why I have Verizon as my carrier is because the place where I live doesn’t receive service from the other carriers. Please do not buy it. Get the envy 3 or something else like that.

This is perhaps the worst phone I have EVER had. Since Verizon is too cheap to provide me with a new phone after my first one, the ENVY TOUCH, malfunctioned, they gave me a reconditioned Rogue, and it is by far the worst I’ve ever owned. It freezes on average 15 times daily, the screen becomes pixelated, and sometimes the picture on the screen splits in two. When I call people or receive calls, it takes about 10 seconds before the other party knows I’m talking to them after I’ve answered. This phone is absolutely horrible. Zero stars.
