The phone is ok, the keyboard is the best part. The real headache is downloading music from pc to cell. Purchase phone, card and usb cable to set up download. PC would not recognize sanyo device, why? it's wants a disk. No disk came with cellphone or usb cable. Great, I'm still on the run. Radio shack stated go to sanyo.com and download driver, yeah, right, it's not available. Called again, now it's a card reader that I need to pruchase. OK, 27 bucks for usb will exhange for a device for the card reader that will then allow me to download. It's so not worth it. Blackberry does not take you through all of this. I watched my daughter plug in and download. Never again will I purchase a sanyo item of any kind. I'm done. There are other issues with this phone as well. You'll find out. Live and learn.
