Sony Ericsson Xperia Play available on February 13th, 2011 for AT&T or T-Mobile
The new Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is an Android gaming device, it’s going to be very interesting to see how the gaming experience will be on this one, with games made for it. Sony and AT&T seem to have strong ties. If I were Sony I would sell this unlocked for $400. I can tell you it’s the most incredible gaming experience of all time. As for what network, please Sony, release this unlocked, available to ALL carriers.

I think its just getting a proper announcement on the 13th feb instead of a release. Many games on the market will support sony’s new phone if the game supports mappable keys. Really awesome that Sony gets into the game like this. Not a huge pocket gamer but that might change a bit when there is more than just those casual games.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play cell phone has a 4 inch 854 x 480 touchscreen display, 1GHz Qualcomm processor, 5MP camera with 800 x 480 video recording, 512MB of RAM and Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
