The new Sprint Google Nexus S 4G cell phone is one of the best smartphones for 2011.  It gets all the updates before anyone and if Sprint is releasing it with Google, It’s a Nexus phone, so it gets the updates quick. It has Gingerbread, and has for sometime now. The Nexus S has an awesome screen resolution and definition. Despite the adjustable screen brightness feature, I usually will set it under the lowest brightness level and the screen output still appears awesome. 5MP camera gives great photo quality and sharpness.

The Nexus S 4G cell phone comes preloaded with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) which as of right now is the latest version of Android for phones. it’s a snappy device that’s very smooth and responsive. with my settings, tasking and web usage at a medium i’ve found the battery life to last at least a full work day.

Sprint Google Nexus S 4G Pros:
1) Faster processor. Clear difference visible in scrolling, animations etc
2) Good battery life. With all radios on (3G/Wifi + Bluetooth + Phone network), frequent refreshes to gmail/facebook/news gadget and automatic brighntess setting it easily lasts 1 day on normal usage.
3) Sturdy build. Though the back has a bit flex, it actually is very sturdy. Dropped mine many times on hard floors, a couple of slight scratches is what is has got.
4) Better Camera….still not very good though.
5) Bigger screen is much better
6) Sprint 4G

I really recommend this phone, for the software engineer this is the phone, and for anyone else, you will find way more than expected (thousands of apps, games to whatever you want)
