The ES400 has a 3.2-megapixel camera, 3.0-inch VGA touch screen, Full QWERTY Keyboard, WiFi, GPS, 600MHz powerful ARM 11 processor, 256MB RAM/1GB Flash, up to 32GB through the microSD slot.
