The Sprint Motorola Photon Q LTE is definitely one to consider. The slider QWERTY keyboard could definitely be a great way of typing, I only hope the keyboard is made with precision and makes it a whole lot better than “on screen” typing….Also, 1.5Ghz (likely S4) dual-core CPU on this one vs the 1.2Ghz TI OMAP in the Droid 4–not just better performance but a lot better efficiency in the Photon Q.
I have to say that 4.3″ and a physical keyboard is AWESOME (FINALLY the 4″ barrier is broken). I also like the sem-ruggedized appearance. That looks like it could be a nice road warrior device However, this device is totally let down by its qHD screen, pitiful 8GB of internal storage, and, worst of all, weak RAZR-size battery capacity.
The Sprint Motorola Photon Q LTE features include a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 4.3-inch display screen, a rear-facing 8MP camera with 1080p video capture, 1GB RAM, 8GB built-in storage, microSD slot, LTE and NFC connectivity, GSM roaming support and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Pretty good phone i say. only thing missing is an hd screen and Jelly Bean but that’s just being hopeful.
