I’m gonna get this phone.I’m 11 years old.I am gonna buy it with my own money.I hoe it is worth it because I’ve been saving my allowence money.not that long though.I have 35 dollors so far.I hav the contract thing(have to have the phone for 2 years:then getit way cheaper then it is really supper to be.So it’s 49.99 dollors for me.I’ve sawrevews abd ther horrible,bt no matter what anyone says:I’m getting it.

I hope, Grace, that if you really are an 11 year old child…that you get the smarts to not buy a phone that has horrible reviews. There’s actually not that much information on the web about this phone, and the only problems that people seem to be having are putting songs on it.

I’ve had this phone for a wile and it works fine with me.I have had like 6 other phones and this is the best one so far,love the tuch screen.and i can get my music to work just fine…..so I’m just lucky I guess.Ps I get 10 a week and do just fine.

I have the Incognito and it works fine. The only thing I dislike is that you can’t txt from the front screen. Which kind of makes the front screen useless because it’s difficult to dial numbers from the front screen too. My phone constantly freezes too, and taking the battery out doesn’t always help because sometimes it just decides not too turn back on. And lately it has been turning off by itself too. So I’d suggest not getting this phone. It works okay, but it’s not worth the money.

I think this phone is great. It’s just like the env’s! On both phones the screen is small but and u can’t txt on the front only when u flip it. I don’t have it but I asked the store.

My family has 3 of them. We all have problems answering phone calls from the touch screen. Its a better text/internet/GPS device than a cell phone. You cannot see the front display if it is sunny.

Okay so I have had my incognito for about 5 months and i hate it! It freezes sooooo much and I am 15 and text alot so it sucks because i cant do anything when it freezes I have to take out the battery EVERY time… It happens about 10 times a day! DONT GET IT!

you can download ringtone from myxer.com..there is a yuotube video that shows u how to do..it really isnt hard!I think i jus typed in how do i get ringtones for my incongnito phone n the 1 video shows u how to do..now i hvae plenty ringtones for my phone :)

I have the Incognito..i got it in March. I like it but like everyone says it does freeze up a lot. and turn it’s self on and off at times. i got this phone free cause i got an upgrade and got some program..yeah it’s awesome for texting but i have realized that when your going on to a 2 page text it’s really slow typing on the 2nd page..it’s okay for little kids (i’m 15) but not for people who like a lot of data and whatever..get a blackberry instead!!

yes i agree this phone freezes a lotttt. I’ve had mine for several months now. For example when I’m writing a text and someones sending one to me, it’ll freeze up. I have to take the battery out everytime. It freezes a lot when it comes to text messages.

this phone sucks, ive had it for almost half a year and i loved it as first as many do but once it gets a few weeks old i relized problems it freezes you cant put music on it and the front screen almost never works, its takes great pictures thats it if your texting 2 pages of a message and then someone else text you, it freezeez you either have to take the battery out or text it and leave the message fast and you loose all your work DOOOOO NOOOT BUY THIS PHONE IT TRULY WILL BE A HORRIBLE DECISION any more questions email me

I hate this phone so much. I’m the kind of person who likes to text on the front keypad AND keyboard as well. And this phone limits me. A lot. At the time when I was choosing a new phone, at first I was wanting the Samsung Exclaim. But then when I was checking out the website I saw that a new phone came out, which was the Incognito. I was just so caught up on the newest thing that I changed my mind and wanted the Incognito instead of the Exclaim. (HOW DUMB & STUPID OF ME!!!) But it’s not all my fault because my dad didn’t give me enough time to actually play with the phone and everything. So it’s his fault too. I can’t wait till my 2 year contract is up. Fmlllll for now.

My daughter and I both got this phone about 2 weeks ago.
We really like it except for the fact that the phone does freeze if you are texting and receive an incoming text at the same time. We have also had the phone turn off on us a few times. We are hoping they will come up with a firmware update to correct this.

I have this phone and I love it… You can get music on it like an mp3 player but you have to download the songs from a desktop just like an mp3 player… Its great phone that has the web… But I had to download the Opera mini first for it to work with no problems…. That turned the phone into a labtop…. Opera mini made easy to upload photos to my facebook… I could not understand why the phone that everyone made hard to get was so great till I got one… It took my three months to get it but I got it and I love it…. The phone briefly freezes with multiple texts like everyone is saying however if you simply press the back button it unfreezes and you can continue your text. I have it for boost not sure if it is any different with Sprint.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! IT IS EASILY ONE OF THE WORST PHONES ANYNE WILL EVER HAVE TRUST ME! IT DOES NOT STOP VIBRATING WHEN YOU GET ANY SORT OF MESSAGE!!!! THERE IS TOO MANY FLAWS TOO EVEN COUNT FOR THIS PHONE THE TOUCH SCREEN IS HORRABLE, THE PHONE BLACKS OUT EVERY 10 MINUTES, IT FREEZES IF YOU GET 2 TEXTS AT THE SAME TIME, IT DROPS CALLS, THE PHONE FREEZES WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE INTERNET BROWSER. Hi Bob: I have the Incognito now thru Boost Mobile and I am wondering you have any info about how to set this phone up to receive outlook email for work. That option does not appear in the email wizard choices, only pop/Imap type email.
If I cannot get outlook email on this phone I might as well return it, as the Boost tech reps do not know how to set it up as there is no email choice for work or outlook in the email wizard, so they are stumped. Any ideas and thanks for posting the previous info as it was very helpful. My email address is:
