The new T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Mini cell phone great for young people on a budget. These are budget phones that don’t require a $30 data plan and that can be purchased off contract under $200. I haven’t seen anything about not requiring a data plan, but if true, then yes. that obviously makes them sensible. Great news T-Mobile has Samsung Galaxy Mini, with its great plan. but T is much batter in the Google phones.
