AT&T has just come clean two bar phones from BlackBerry that we have been hearing many reports over the past few months and this time both the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 and BlackBerry Curve 9300 have been available in AT&T stores. You can choose the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 by forking out $149 with a 2-year agreement, while if you’re interested the BlackBerry Curve 9300, it will cost you only &99 under a 2-year contract.
Both the two candybar devices are capable of 3G network and come with a QWERTY keyboard, 802.11b/g/n WiFi and GPS. The BlackBerry Pearl 9100 outweighs his “opponent” Curve 9100 by having a 3.2MP camera while the other only rocks a 2MP shooter. However, don’t let the 2MP camera fool you, the BlackBerry Curve will update to BlackBerry OS 6 operating system soon.

The BlackBerry Pearl 9100 supports WCDMA bands 2100MHz, 1700MHz (AWS) and 900MHz. Since T-Mobile and Wind are the only North American carriers that use the 1700MHz spectrum. New T-Mobile cell phones – BlackBerry Pearl 9100 will have a camera with LED flash, SureType QWERTY keyboard, standard optical trackball, 3G, Wi-Fi, and BlackBerry OS 5.0.
