The AT&T Motorola Backflip cell phone looks great to be honest, It does have decent specs, a bright responsive touch screen, the key board is super comfortable, and the design, while being oddball is surprisingly functional. The AT&T Backflip uses Yahoo search and is full of AT&T apps. This handset is designed for teens who need a physical keyboard and social networking at all times.

The AT&T Motorola Backflip cell phone is an interesting concept, Yahoo has replaced Google as the default search provider throughout the phone, you can’t use Google Maps Navigation, this handset supports AT&T Navigator, this is the Motorola Backflip, not the AT&T Backflip… Yes, changing out Google for Yahoo on an Android phone is a bit odd. I actually quite like the form factor, but I’d prefer it much more with more powerful hardware and a bigger screen.

The AT&T Motorola Backflip cell phone is good to see that AT&T is finally getting some Android phones. I like Android. I have been rethinking my hate for this little thing. The Motorola Backflip will be available March 7 for $99.99 after $100 mail-in rebate. The price is awesome, not everyone needs a snapdragon processor.

The Motorola Backflip cell phone is a flip phone with the keyboard. The hardware design is interesting, one of the things that interests us most is that physical QWERTY keyboard on the back. I’m watching a video of it hands on. The camera can face out or towards you since it flips with the keyboard. The keyboard completely shuts off when you flip back to touchscreen only so there is nothing being pressed what so ever. The keyboard also acts like a stand for it to be placed down on the table. Good for pictures or watching videos and movies. I’m convinced the Motorola Backflip will be good and plan to get it when it releases.
