The Alltel Motorola QA4 Evoke cell phone available for $79.99 with a 2-yr contract agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate. New Alltel Phones – Alltel Motorola QA4 Evoke would be a natural fit for Verizon since the merger! I guess it takes time for Verizon to crap up the phone before they could release it anyways. Maybe Verizon can learn something from Alltel!
