The new Sprint Samsung SPH-L300 is a great phone as long as they launch it as a midrange phone with a low price to match. Maybe a nice upgrade for all the people toting an Nexus S 4G. If for $100 this is a well ICS smartphone.

Pre orders also be taken at Besy Buy, RadioShack, and Target Mobile. Starting today. The Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE adds a bigger battery, microsd slot and kickstand to the One X. Its good that this phone will likely have better battery life than the original EVO, but when I travel my phone is often my dedicated camera and I will take 100-200 photos in a day.
I was considering to wait for the SG3 as well, however since it was just announced it could be a while till its ready to release.

Best phone that’s coming out for sure BUT..16GB is really just a personal preference. For me, only roughly 10GB of personal data is too little, as my music will go about 8GB. Sigh…. really wished it had 32GB.
It’s a nice looking phone, and the dual core S4 seems to perform marginally better than the Tegra 3.
Sprint Evo 4G LTE (HTC One X variant for Sprint) is scheduled to be release soon and has a microsd slot, kickstand, and bigger battery while still keeping the same profile.

I’ll start a rumor………..this phone will most likely end up with all the major carriers with different tweaks/names. I’ll wager we won’t see the physical home key on any of the US models though. Please Samsung… let the quad-core Exynos be US LTE compliant.
While it looks like a great device, I’m disappointed that they didn’ t go with SAMOLED+. I think HTC has the better device this year with the One X.
Don’t WORRY this will appear on Verizon first why because the best network always gets the best devices. It will also appear on Sprint but that won’t be till July or August at best. This will be a middle June or July release on Verizon. I applaud Samsung for this device but I want to see the GALAXY Note 2

The new Sprint LG Viper 4G LTE is a mid-tier device, with mid-tier specs, and has a mid-tier device. As far as LTE, Sprint has to start at some point. The first markets go live within the next couple of months and they need a product to use it with.
The Sprint LG Viper 4G Android phone features include a 4-inch WVGA NOVA display, a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8660 Snapdragon S3, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, NFC and Google Wallet functionality, a microSD slot, LTE connectivity and Android 2.3.7 OS.
That may help a little but it will be quite a while before there are enough folks on LTE for that to make a difference. Sprint is upgrading the backhaul to the towers and the 3G radio equipment at each tower. That’s what will provide the improved 3G speeds.
