The so-called "Droid Incredible 4G" rumor and pics have been around awhile with no update on rumored specs. These may change significantly by release. My thoughts exactly, but it gives me hope for a new HTC phone on Verizon to replace my phone.

The new Verizon Motorola Droid Fighter looks just like the Razr whats the difference? The screens a bit bigger, has no capacitive buttons in the front, so most likely its going to have ICS virtual buttons like the galaxy nexus, better resolution and prob an S4 chip since most of the new devices that are going to be released soon are going to be carrying it. It better have the 12 or 13 MP camera, 4.6-inch display, 3300 mAh battery. 2 cores or 4, it doesn’t matter. With the 3300 mAh bettery you might as well have the Quad core chip…

Good for those who want an LTE phone with decent specs and smaller screen. I’m sure the new LG Lucid is aimed more at the first time smartphone buyer or someone who just needs a new smartphone and just does some email and internet. I love my Nexus and I sell phones, I love having cheaper options available for the people who don’t care about the latest and greatest.

So if its a 16 gig, will it have an SD card slot option to add on memory? With phones the way they are today, they are made to be not just phones but media devices as well. 16GB of storage isn’t that much after you throw on 20 apps, 4gb of music a video or two and other random stuff. It just doesn’t add up. I mean, unless you really do use your phone as just a phone. But then, you might as well be using a flip phone. BTW, the Verizon DROID Incredible 4G on April 26!

The new Verizon Droid Incredible 4G (HTC Fireball) will be pretty nice if it has a 4.0-inch SAA Display, the Incredible S/2′s transitional function keys and an S4 processor. For some reason, it appears that after the first one, HTC/Verizon decided the Incredible line should be a budget line. If only all budget phones were as well made and functional as the Incredible 2. The Incredible 4G should follow it up nicely for the intended audience.
