Verizon Nexus One release date March 2010

Posted on February 26th, 2010

Google has officially announced that Verizon would support the Nexus One, the Nexus One will be released before the end of March. Let’s hope the Incredible being in the Verizon Wireless inventory put it’s release date around the same time. Vodaphone said they’re going to release the Google Nexus One in April. Been waiting with a pretty broken Google Nexus One since the announcement it was coming to Verizon.

Nexus One cell phone supports AT&T’s 3G

Posted on January 30th, 2010

The Google Nexus One cell phone is almost here from AT&T, the Nexus One will supports AT&T’s 3G. This is great news. Choice is a good thing. AT&T will finally have an android… a real smart phone.. with multi-tasking and customization unlike some other handsets. It is possible to support all bands, but antenna design is complicated especially when trying to get good performance on all supported bands. Usually the limiting factor are cost and size.

T-Mobile Nexus One – New T-Mobile cell phones

The T-Mobile Nexus One is the nicest hardware.  I love the integration with Google Apps. There are a lot of nice features to this phone!  New T-Mobile cell phones – Nexus One is not a consumer level device for the masses. Oh, its better than the iphone for gadget geeks, T-mobile doesn’t sell the phone completely on its own terms. google had to do alot with the limitation on plans available. T-mobile has the fastest 3G in the country. It has some OS issues but that will improve.

The currently available Google Nexus One device is unlocked and will recognize SIM cards from any mobile service provider using the GSM standard, but is incompatible with the frequency band used by the AT&T and Rogers networks for 3G data (see below). Additionally, the Nexus One is incompatible with CDMA networks such as Verizon and Sprint.

Verizon Nexus One – New Verizon Cell Phones

Posted on January 5th, 2010

The Verizon Nexus One cell phone seems like a great device. Wow, this is awesome! The Droid has a physical keyboard, the Nexus One will be faster, which is nice? So, as others have said, I’m glad to see the Nexus One coming out but it’s not earth-shattering.

The Verizon version will not be a world phone: “We are working hard to provide Nexus One phones optimized for the Verizon network – please stay tuned. The Nexus One for Verizon will not be a GSM device, so it will not be compatible with T-Mobile, AT&T, or other GSM networks.”
