I had this phone for about 2 years, and at first I thought it was the most awesome phone in the world…But it kept restarting itself over and over, and then it shut itself off without even being touched. I definitely wasted $100 on this phone. I really do not recommend it to anyone.

the LG enV touch does require a data plan $10 a month required for 25mb

It does have a data fee. I checked with 3 different verizon carriers. The fee is $10 a month, thats $120 a year. Granted that is better than the $35 a month phone.

I have had this phone for about a year now and I have had it replaced twice and now when I open it the inside screen wont work…. I love the phone when it is working properly but having verizon that is one down fall….They always have cool phones but they break all the time!!!

This phone is the worst phone that has come out..DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!! Honestly people everyone that owns it has complained. The phone resets itself back to if you just purchased it constantly.You up grade it works for a week then does the same crap again.So many problems with this phone. I have had to warranty 3 different ones and they still all have the same bs problem. Crap!
