this phone sucks. i just got it and it doesnt respond to the charger and shuts off when not plugged in, even if its been plugged in for days, typical verizon.

this phone sucks! it freezes up to much, and it’s about as functional as a rock in a pond. i dont recomend this pathetic junk to anyone. unless you wanna see how far you can throw a phone. then go for it. thanks for nothing verizon! can you hear me now?! great!!!

I got this phone about 2 weeks ago and is amazing!! This is my second phone, before i had the samsung alius 1 and was an ok phone, but nothing compared to this small and awsome phone. The dial bad, soft keys, contact search, and main menu button (on landscape mode) are all touch screen! I love this moto rival and i have it in silver. SO TIGHT!!!

iam 13 and i will be getting a cell phone in a while for my birthday and this cell phone sounds great for me. my friend has it and not only is the dial pad touch screen but some other things are touch screen. I CANT WAIT

I got the phone about 5 days ago, everything went fine, UNTIL i found out this phone is a piece of junk, i have to get it replaced, bcuz it started to freeze, and then everytime i open the slider the screen goes white!HOW the hell am i supposed to text,

THIS PHONE SUCKS MY FIRST ONE KEPT ON TURNING OFF AT RANDOM TIMES AND THE DIRECTIONAL KEYS DIDN’T WORK AFTER A WHILE. THE SECOND ONE I GOT, I COULDN’T MAKE CALLS OR RECEIVE THEM. IM GETTING LG ENV3 NOW WHICH IS WAY BETTER (MANAGER’S OPINION). SO PPL DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!

This phone SUCKS!!!!! Do not buy this piece of junk the screen goes white and it also freezes touch screen will not work all the time. I just had to get the second phone refurbished and of course after activating it 20 minutes later the phone froze up been on the phone for a couple of hours with customer service also spoke with a supervisor and of course can’t get anywhere. Got told they would only replace it 3 times before I had to pay out of pocket again for a new one. JUST CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!!!

i really hate this phone.when i first goot it i was happy till it started freazing.then the screen broke and turned white.so i got a second one and now i cant take pictures or take videos. the touch freezes and turns off randomly.the charger doesnt work unless i hold it a certain way and have to wait for it to fricken charge up completely or itll just turn off. im never getting this model again. love u verizon but this phone sucks :(

this phone is good, until you drop it one too many times. i dropped mine a few times and now the slider thingy is coming up on one side, and i can push it down and it clicks. i’ve only had it for a month. otherwise, it’s a pretty sweet phone.

OMG this phone flippen sucks! do not get it ive had it replaced 7 times! do not let them fix it get a new one, demand a new one! most people have claimed that verizon had replaced it with the samsung intensity, watever u do don tget this phone, it freezes, fails to send or recieve messages or calls even when signal strength is strong, battery life is bipolar, falls apart cant do crap on this phone. id be better off with a brick in my pocket it would at least do something. this phone wouldnt rival the dog sh1t in my back yard!

I have sprint. I have sprint because verizon is shit.
My boyfriend has the rival and hes had to replace it twice. The first time the back light stopped coming on and he couldn’t see anything. This time, it turns on and off by itself all the time, won’t charge and freezes up. DO NOY BUY THIS PHONE and don’t get locked in a contract ith verizon. they always fuck people over.
