The Verizon Pantech Breakout 4G Android phone is now on sale for $99.99. I saw this phone at Verizon this morning, the Pantech Breakout is a pretty decent little 4G phone, believe it or not. at least the I didn’t listen to the speaker so I can’t vouch for sound or call quality. The buttons are a little weird, IMO..
