I agree- I have 3 different bluetooth devices that have never had a problem with a number of LG and Samsung cell phones my family has. All 4 new Razzle phones we own have connection problems. Even when it shows that it is pared and you can see the call timer running, we can’t hear the people we’re calling, and they can’t hear us. Just to be sure, I reprogrammed all 4 Razzles, and got the same result. I then reactivated an old freebe LG- I think it was a VX5400, and it linked up with all 3 devices easily.
