The new Verizon Samsung Droid Prime Android phone will definitely be a "monster" with a 4.65-inch screen. This looks like it will be the best phone on Verizon. No other carrier will have LTE this year the way Verizon does, so an exclusive for them makes sense.  Still, I imagine that there will be a Nexus that is similar coming to the other carriers later.
The Verizon Samsung Droid Prime is rumored to be have a Super AMOLED HD display (1280 x 720 pixels), a 1.5GHz dual core processor, LTE connectivity and Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. The Prime will be available in October.
