The new Verizon Samsung Illusion is an entry-level Android phone. It does look like a halfway decent beginner phone, but I’ve never really understood the whole entry level phone thing. Regarding the entry level phone thing: It’s simple…there are a lot of people who don’t care about specs, don’t even know they are eligible for an upgrade until their current phone totally dies, & don’t know what phones are even available until they walk in Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, or T-Mobile.
