The Verizon Samsung Stratosphere cell phone is now on sale for $149.99 with 2-Year contract. Its definitely a middle of the road phone by today’s standards. As nice as it is to see another 5 row keyboard slider out there, it’s just a bit lame to see them pretty much rehash the Sprint Samsung Epic 4G with an improved keyboard.
